Challenge Exclusive Sessions- What Can I Expect?



Here is just a small teaser of things you might expect from our September Challenge Exclusive Sessions!

These are high intensity sessions designed to get your heart rate up. The sessions also have a strong focus on deep stretching and if you’d like to conclude with a guided meditation for the full mind and body experience there is the option of a guided meditation.

These sessions are still adaptable to all abilities and our instructors as always can work around most injuries and conditions.

These Challenge Exclusive Sessions run on both Saturday and Sunday mornings for 90 minutes. They are a session style not to be missed, so book your spot in the challenge today as registration is closing soon!
