Lift-ilates!!

A circuit style Pilates session incorporating light weights to aid in building functional muscle and strength.

This session is for everyone from beginner to advanced as it can be adapted to all abilities.

We can’t wait for you to try this one, it’s a little addictive!

Bookings can be made through the app. Our first session is on Tuesday 16th August and will run on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
